The time to show your love for Kim and Lantern is tomorrow. Come to the shop to meet Kim and her guide dog Lantern. You may donate to Guide Dogs for the Blind and/or enter a raffle for the beautiful wool appliqué/pieced star quilt. The drawing for the quilt will be at 5:00, however, you do not need to be present to win.

Also, a portion of the day’s proceeds will go to

Kim Stanley is one of our dear employees. Unfortunately, she lost her sight almost three years ago. This past November she had the privilege of getting a Seeing Eye Dog. While the costs associated with Lantern have not fallen on Kim, Guide Dogs for the Blind accepts donations to help cover the cost associated with Lantern and his training. To show our support for all Guide Dogs for the Blind have done to assist Kim in her ability to move through live safely and confidently with Lantern by her side, we are hosting an event to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind to support their life-changing mission.
Tickets are available NOW so if you aren’t able to come to the tomorrow, you may purchase them early. Also, a portion of our proceeds from the day’s sales will be donated to this organization
