1800's Calendar Block Quilt

This fun 1800's reproduction quilt begins with the Quilter's Block-a-Day Calendar. Two blocks from each month of the calendar year are stitched, then the blocks are put together with 'frames' to finish with twenty 18" blocks. (Twenty-four blocks are included, but some of the smaller ones are combined to make the 18" block) Finished quilt without sashing and outer border measure 72" x 90". Quilter's Block-A-Day Calendar included.

Everyone loves the sights and colors of spring. This 57" x 65" quilt is pieced using Moda's Natures Chorus line by April Cornell. Our shop sample has blanket stitching around the applique, but use the method you prefer to make this great spring quilt.
